Wiki for Guides & Projects

I would like to see a section that is like a wiki, where many people can add information to it. A dynamic FAQ for projects. Think of having a page for MSI Wind Hackintosh hacks & how-to guides. Maybe headless iMacs help?

Would be nice to have a system based on either vote or admin on things that people are known and credible for.

For example if someone is a known contributor for hardware related things they should have a rank of lets say Hardware Tech

Other things include :

Contributor (someone who consistently contributes to the site in any way, shape, or form)

Software Tech
Mod Tech
Supporting Vendor
Financial Support (for the people who donate their hard earned shell)

This will give some kind of incentive for people to do good. Seen it in other forums and it worked VERY well.

a classifieds section, so people can buy, sell, and trade

this would allow people to post up their old macs, mac hardware, peripherals, parts, or whatever to trade with other macmod members.

a reviews section so we can share our thoughts on hardware

I want to find out from other macmod members what hardware they like a lot or dislike. If we had a reviews section of the site we could submit reviews on our products that we have to help others with their purchase decisions

permanent link to macmod challenge

The MacMod Challenge is the crown jewel of this site, and yet I have to slog through your search results to get to the latest entries. Even in your About page, even though you mention the challenge there is no link to it. All entries from all years of the MacMod Challenge should be readily accessible from anywhere in the site.

video sharing archive for Apple/Mac videos

this would basically serve as an archive of all our favorite videos of Apple stuff; commercials, spoofs, mod videos, etc. Just some good stuff to look at.
